Yes. PeopleSync uses a perpetual license: you pay once and may run the application on your own server for life, with no recurring bill.
How many employees can I enter into the system?
The PeopleSync Core license does not limit the number of employees. You can register 10 to more than 1,000 staff with no per-head fee. One license covers one organization or one company domain. The practical limit is your server capacity: the more employees and attendance data you have, the larger the server you need.
How does tech support for 3 incidents in 1 year work?
The PeopleSync Core license includes three technical support tickets that you can use in the first 12 months. One ticket covers one issue, such as troubleshooting an error or a remote assistance session with our technical team. If you need more, the Extra Tech Support add-on gives you five tickets for Rp 750.000, valid for 12 months. You keep receiving bug fixes and minor-version security patches for life.
What server specifications do I need?
PeopleSync runs on Linux, Windows Server, or Docker, on an office server or a private VPS. A small VPS is enough for a small team, and the requirement grows with your headcount and attendance data volume. The license comes with a Docker installation guide and video tutorials.
