The PeopleSync Core license is complete and you can run it yourself. Add-ons are optional, for companies that need changes or want our team's help.
Lifetime License (one-time)

Frequently asked questions
Do I own the source code of the customized features?
Yes. Your company owns the source code of the customized features. At handover, the PeopleSync team deploys the module to your production server and gives you the source code and documentation, with a 30-day repair warranty. You can store, read, and maintain that code with your own IT team.
What happens if a PeopleSync core update affects my custom module?
Feature Customization includes compatibility tests for future PeopleSync updates and architecture documentation for the module. That documentation helps your IT team or ours adjust the module when the core version changes. If the module breaks during the 30-day warranty, we fix it at no cost. After that, fixes go through the Platform Repair Service at Rp 500.000 per ticket.
Is my data safe while the PeopleSync team repairs my server?
Before changing anything, the PeopleSync team takes a snapshot backup of your server. We apply the fix directly on your own server, so your data is not moved anywhere else. When the work is done, you receive an incident report that explains the cause and the steps to prevent it. Outside of repair work, we have no access to your operational database.
Can I move from a PeopleSync-managed server to my own server later?
Yes. The PeopleSync Core license belongs to your company wherever the system runs. Servers we manage are backed up every day as encrypted snapshots, so your data can be restored on your own server. Our team can help with the move as an add-on job at a price agreed up front.
